SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS

Thank you for choosing Mynlox as your manufacturing partner for rehabilitation and home-care equipment. Because our transactions are conducted on a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale basis, the following shipping, lead time, and logistics terms apply to all sample, wholesale, and custom production orders.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES

Lead times vary depending on whether the order involves in-stock standard models or customized private-label production:

• Sample Orders: Standard samples (such as Hand Rehabilitation Gloves and Air Compression Systems) are dispatched within 5 to 7 business days following payment confirmation.

• Standard Wholesale Cargo (Neutral Packaging): Dispatched within 10 to 15 business days depending on inventory levels and order volume.

• OEM / ODM Custom Production: Production cycles typically require 25 to 35 business days after formal approval of pre-production golden samples, custom packaging proofs, and technical specifications. Heavy equipment (such as Electric Patient Transfer Lifts) may require additional scheduling based on batch capacity.

2. SUPPORTED INCOTERMS & DELIVERY MODES

We provide comprehensive global shipping solutions tailored to your operational capabilities:

• Incoterms Offered: EXW (Factory Xiamen), FOB (Xiamen / Shenzhen Port), CIF (Named Destination Port), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

• Air Express (Samples & Urgent Replenishment): Shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT. Typical transit time is 5 to 8 business days. Ideal for sample validation, urgent clinic restocking, or compact accessories.

• Sea Freight (FCL / LCL): Recommended for bulk shipments and heavy rehabilitation machinery (such as ML-107 Electric Patient Transfer Lifts). We support Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) consolidation.

• DDP Door-to-Door Logistics: For emerging brands, specialized clinics, and regional distributors without an in-house customs broker, we offer turnkey DDP shipping by air or ocean. Mynlox manages export clearance, ocean/air freight, import customs clearance, and local destination trucking directly to your designated commercial warehouse.

3. PACKAGING, DANGEROUS GOODS (DG), & BATTERY COMPLIANCE

Rehabilitation electronics and powered transfer systems are subject to rigorous export packaging standards:

• Protective Export Packaging: All units are secured in high-burst-strength, 5-ply to 7-ply corrugated export cartons with custom-molded high-density EPE pearl cotton padding. Heavy apparatus are securely banded to export-standard, fumigation-free wooden or composite pallets.

• Battery & Motor Regulatory Compliance: Portable rehabilitation equipment incorporating lithium-ion batteries and powered actuator motors is fully certified and tested according to UN38.3, MSDS, and relevant Sea/Air Transport Safety Appraisal standards.

4. SHIPMENT TRACKING & CARGO INSPECTION

• Logistics Documentation: Upon cargo handover, our logistics desk provides the Bill of Lading (B/L) or international courier tracking number, alongside the commercial invoice, packing list, and pre-shipment Quality Control (QC) inspection records.

• Receiving & Outer Inspection: Wholesale buyers are required to conduct a thorough external inspection upon receiving the delivery. If cartons arrive visibly crushed, torn, wet, or retaped, note the specific exceptions directly on the carrier’s delivery receipt (Proof of Delivery / POD) before signing and take high-resolution photographs immediately.

5. CUSTOMS, TARIFFS, AND IMPORT DUTIES

• For EXW, FOB, and CIF orders, all destination port charges, customs import declarations, value-added taxes (VAT), and national import tariffs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• For DDP orders, all agreed customs clearance fees, import duties, and landing taxes are pre-calculated and included in your consolidated proforma invoice.
