Refund and Replacement Policy
Thank you for shopping at Mynlox! We hope you enjoy shopping at minlemynlox.com (referred to as the "minlemynlox store" in this policy).
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions made at the minlemynlox store. All products and services offered by us are subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and this Refund and Replacement Policy.
Cancellation of Orders
For all orders (including pre-orders) we will charge your credit/debit card immediately. There will be no delay in receiving payment regardless of when the item is expected to be shipped.
To cancel an order, customers are required to contact us via email at info@minlemynlox.com within 24 hours of placing the order and a customer service agent will cancel the order for you.
Order Modification
Please refer to our shipping policy for order modifications before the customer receives the order.
We cannot modify orders after the customer has received the order. Customers may place a new order and cancel the original order by contacting our customer service department in advance within 48 hours of the order being placed.
Model Exchanges and Returns
FREE REPLACEMENT: Customers may refuse to accept a package due to significant damage during shipment (affecting functionality), or contact Customer Service for missing and severely damaged parts or other quality related issues. Our customer service team will help arrange a replacement.
For us to better understand the problem and resolve it effectively, photos and/or videos are required as evidence.
*Definition of Severely Damaged Item: A product whose main structure is visibly deformed and affects its normal function in any way.
Note: The following conditions are considered normal damage and are not applicable to the free replacement or refund policy:
A) Minor damage to the outer packaging.
B) Minor scratches or paint loss on the product.
C) Damage to parts or wearing parts after excessive use.
D) Damaged parts or wearing parts after a certain period of time or a certain number of times of use.
Refund
After the customer sends back the product, please make sure to provide the tracking number of the product to the Mynlox team at info@minlemynlox.com. Once the returned product has been received at our warehouse and inspected to confirm that it meets our return conditions, the customer will be required to pay for the shipping costs and customs duties (if applicable). We will deduct the relevant charges and send the remaining refund according to the customer's original payment method.
If the refund has not arrived two days after it was sent, customers are advised to check with their credit card company and/or bank. Delays may occur due to the different transfer procedures of different financial institutions.
